So I am pretty sure that my computer went to stand by while my reference monitors were on and now the left speaker isn't working.
I am not sure if it's blown, or what actually happened to it..
as soon as I turn it on, it automatically puts out around 500Hz , and when it's disconnected from the power again or turned off the tweater snaps.

I took the speakers out of the box and looked at them, and everything else inside and nothing looks wrong at all...

Is there a cheap, inexpensive way that I can fix this on my own?
Will I need new monitor? ?

Please help if you can!!!
