choosing between sound cards for multitrack recording

I have a sound blaster audigy SE which can record at 24bit 96KHZ and a Behringer UCA200 (USB) which can record at 16Bit 48khz. Which to use?

My main need for the sound card is to be able to record in multitrack (meaning, record via a mic and mixer with music going through headphones and the recorded track only contains the instrument being recorded and does not contain the music being played back or at least in minimal). Which sound card should I use?
