looking for a cheap microphone (but not a bad one)
hello everyone i'm new here and i'm not a professional sounddesigner, but i'm just someone trying to make his own music with the laptop.
i'm planning to record samples from violin, grandpiano and acoustic guitar, to put the recorded sounds in my pc and arrange them with tracker softwares like ableton live, cooledit, fruity loops, etc..
please can you suggest me some stereo microphone to record those sounds?
as i said before, i'm not a professional designer, so my moneyrange is between 100-150 dollars. i've red some topics and i think that DPA or SHOEPS brands are too expensive for me and for my intents.
i've found a condenser cardioid SHURE 16AM at 60 $
but i dont know if it's enough good to record a grandpiano and violins....
please can u help me?
thank u
federico
