Time to Upgrade my Studio....any suggestions

my equipment consist of:

gateway w/ windows xp pentium processer3600 120gb harddrive 512 ram

acid 6.0 (music production)/ wavelab 6/ soundforge 7/ (mastering)

delta 66 w/ omnistudio interface

marshall mxl v76t tube mic w/ power supply/ mic stand and a pop filter

M Audio BX8a studio monitors

sony MDR7506 headphones

roland juno-g keyboard w/ orchestra and analog srx cards

and a sound booth some people that do construction made for me 5x5x7ft

its a good setup and most people get a kick out of it and i do mostly R&B and hiphop along with some jazzy tunes for scores and jingles but now theres been buzz about the studio and having people coming over spending 200-500$ a track and charge 50$ a track for recording and mastering but now the volume is great and i cant do hourly rates yet because i still have a job. Me and my friend are looking to lease outta place and run a business. im more of an analog kinda guy and a mixer(behringer mx9000 or any mackie that ranges 1000-2000$) and new computer (sonica/rain/spectral/apple) are some of the models i'm interested in and perhaps going to invest into first but i need preamps, compressors, new soundcard, and new mic (preferably condenser), etc.

5,000$ budget now 10,000$ by next summer

PLEASE HELP ME OUT i'm trying to make this a full time job (i hate geico)
