Folk people will love it .....
ok this one is too hot.... as in the loud / compression sense.
When working with such a limited freQuency range like in this song.. Use that as your advantage.
Because it is such an advantage
You don't need to compress as much at all ...those frequencies will naturally cut through .. You need to do that in the mix.
just cut your guitar so it does not hurt your vocals and then it all works try it.
you will see.
as for the Christian nature I’ll leave that up to your market strat... personally it's not for me but they are out there god knows (sorry the pun) just look at the ratings for those T.V. evangelists.
Write a song about them ..
