1. In a drum recording scenario, a Shure SM 57 was put on the Kick drum, a Shure SM 58 on the snare and an SM 81 on the hats.

c. Which of the three drum parts being recorded is the human ear least sensitive to and which one is the ear most
sensitive to?
d. If you are not receiving any signal from the microphone on the Hats, (i.e. the hats channel on the desk does not show
anything at all, almost like there was no microphone on the hats!)
i. What could be wrong if no piece of equipment is faulty?
ii. If there is not faulty equipment, then the problem would be a setup problem, in this case, the problem could
be what?
e. There was some phase problems on the sound of the Kick drum received in the control room
