sennheiser/rycote/lightwavesystems or what else!!

Hello guys!I am new member here so a big hello to everyone!!!!I am interesting to buy

-hairy cover
-basket windshield
-suspension/pistol grip
-foam windshiled
for the sennheiser 416.I got already rycote equipment but i am not so happy.I would like the best brand because when i record with the sen 416 some times i have some problems (noise and vibration). So, I am looking the best brand to absorb all these malfunctions. Thanks in advance

Do they make a shockmount for the 416?

I think the MZS20 (thank you google icon_smile.gif ) This is a great mike, but I have always thought of the senheiserr 400 series as voice over / radio work, and less for band/singing, but that is my opinion.

Have you thought about using any condenser mikes? There are many out there in that price range that sound great, and the shockmounts are easier to use, and absorb MOST (singers tapping their feet on the base of the mike stand for example causes some disturbance) vibration.

I have no problem with sennheiser 416 i am very satisfaid.I am film sound engineer so,i am working only film/tv.I dont know exactly the reason of noise and vibration where comes from so I am looking the best shockmount.I found yesterday two brands dpa and Reinhardt but the main problem is that the dont give you technical specs so its very difficult to choose without testing before
