 Need help! about Tascam US-122 with Adobe Audition

I use Tascam US-122 to be sound device, in Multitrack View and Edit view I can play and record everything, but when I want to use FX in Edit view I cant hear the sound from preview button!!! anybody can tell whatดs going on?

I have mailed to ask Tascam support but no answer, very impressive!.

Can anybody help me? Please. icon_cry.gif
