I would leave the file in PCM format (.wav or .aiff) to master in Cool Edit Pro. then maybe do the mp3 conversion after.
I listened to honest, and the biggest thing that stuck out was that it sounded muddy on the low-end, right around 100Hz or so. I took it into N-Track and just cut 125Hz by about 6 or 8dB, and it sounded better. so maybe just play with the eq a bit, otherwise I liked the overall blend of sounds.
