 starting up a home studio but have some questions

hello, I am new here and I have been looking arround and taking notes icon_biggrin.gif. but I am trying to start up a home recording studio mainly atracting rap artists and R&B artist that just need to record over a beat. right now im working with a Desktop PC running XP, Alesis Multimix 8 USB, Samson CL8 studio condensor mic and (refrain from laughing) a tascam US-428 opperating all in Adobe Audition 1.5. and I was just wondering what else would you guys suggest. im mainly doing every thing on the PC, got the US-428 to add some feel to the studio. thanks
