Correcting a wave shape

After exporting a mix from Reason I came across this horrible wave shape, and after trying my luck with sound forge's DC offset I'm confused as what to do about it. I've never had this problem before. Is there a quick fix for this sort of thing?

Is this the waveform after applying DC offset removal?

Sure looks like the problem.
