hello, I'm a young producer and I am looking to now purchase a audio interface s and a condenser microphone.
I have heard FireWire is the way to go, I'm looking for professional quality equipment with a price range of $200. and also looking for a Top quality recording microphone for vocals/lyrics with a price range of $200-$250
Im thinking about the M-Audio FW solo,or the Yamaha GO46,or AlesisIO14
and for the microphone, im think the Rode NT1

any suggestions or comments with this blueprint, i really dont want to make a mistake when purchasing expensive equipment.
