Overwhelmed with fear and joy
HI, My name is jon. I'm a nineteen year old whos looking to start to record. I really have no idea what i need to know or do with alot of it, and i was wondering if it was possible for anyone to give me just some basic things i should know or good sites to teach me how to use protools.
Thanks in advance,
Slimbaby

The only thing you really have a choice to do is, sign up for classes, or buy the software and learn it from the manual itself. Note that you have to buy the hardware for protools in order for you to use the software. But first you really should start searching the internet and leanr the fundamentals for digital audio and terms and that you would need to know before you just jump in because you could confuse yourself.

I love this book: Morern Recording Techniques.
Get the newest edition. It'll be a big help
