What audio hardware are you using on your pc?
You need cables to go from the outputs of the mixer to the inputs on your sound card.

Ok, what kind of card is it? Sound Blaster, E-Mu, Edirol...?
It's probably 6-channel output (5.1 surround) and maybe one stereo-channel input with 1/8th inch mini-plugs?

your mixer
If you want to do multi-track recording you're going to need something with firewire or USB connectivity -
At the moment you can only record one track at a time - you can record lots of channels simultaneously through your desk but they will all endup on one track -
you can record more tracks by overdubbing........

cables
Yeah, a firewire or usb audio device would be ideal. For now, what you can do is get an adapter cable to go from the outputs of your mixer (probably 1/4in) to the stereo line input of the soundcard (1/8in). You should be able to find that at a Radio Shack or something like that.
That's it. That should be all you need to get signal from the mixer the the pc.
