Mixer or Multitrack Recorder?
What is better to build a recording studio?
Mixer or multitrack recorder?
I want a studio with compressors, reverb and delays, equalizers all that stuff...
What is better?

Well, the multitrack recorder has a built in hard disk to record on, whereas the mixer doesn't. If you use a mixer, you'll just need to have something else to record to (ie, a pc)
