I have an Allen & Heath WZ16:2 mixing consol that has a damaged channel. One night while setting up microphones, I plugged in to a wireless unit with an XLR type microphone cable and heard a loud POP through the system. After that, the channel in the board that the wireless unit was plugged in to stopped working. I have a some knowladge about audio circuitry and I think I can fix this channel but I am having trouble finding the schematic diagram. Until I find it, I was wondering if anybody might be able to give me a hand in trouble shooting the problem. What do you think the first thing to look for considering the channel probably got a jolt from the wireless unit?. Thanks in advance.

It's blown by the sound of it.

I'd telephone Allen & Heath, they are a great company and ask for a schematic, also tech support would probably tell you you need a new channel strip.
