I need some help in 5.1 dolby surround. What I am looking is that I have music and vocals seperate and I need 5.1 dolby surround output in my 2 studio monitors.
I have Sony Vegas 6, Steinberg's Cubase sx3 and Wavelab5. What software and I should use and how can I do that What format will be perfect like stereo or mono files.
I also have surround installed in my windows media player.

Before touching on the program choices. In order to properly mix 5.1, you do need to have a full 5.1 system on hand. That would be something to look into, before your software choices.
