I have recorded a meeting, but there is a lot of background noise, unwanted noise, feedback, static etc... Is there a program that I can use to edit those out?

You can try to eliminate the junk unwanted noise to some extend but removing back ground noises completly is not possible. The software website has the FAQ on how to do this. I try reducing the unwanted noises and futher editing using FlexiMusic Wave Editor.

I would try using a noise gate, and if that does not work sufficiently, find the eq range where the background noise is most prevelant.

What software are you using? Some programs come with their own noise reduction plug-ins but they can vary in quality and efficiency. I use Waves -X Noise on my personal stuff which is quite ok and then Cedar Noise Reduction at work which is very good.

Noise reduction is going to be a compromise because once recorded it is virtually impossible to remove ALL noise artifacts from the required audio. (hence noise REDUCTION). Depending on what frequency the feedback is you could try a high pass filter to roll off unnecessary low end. The static might be a little harder as its more of a broadband signal over more frequencies.
