LIVE Audio.
Hi. I'm new to the boaards but not new to recording. However. This saturday is goign to be my first time for hooking up my OWN live sound. Is it possible to use condenser mics for performing? I know it's best to use a dynamic mic, but my MXL condenser mics came with two. One of them is a pencil mic for acoustic sounds. I plan to use my acoustic on this performance and a dynamic mic for my vocals. WHat would you suggest?

Seeing as no one with much experience will ever reply to anything (see: my post earlier in this forum), I'll reply. Dynamic vox, condenser is fine on the acoustic.

Sure, there's nothing wrong with using condensers live.
