hiya new to this site but am looking for advice. am running a delta 1010 and have a yamaha 01V and protools m-powered and am having getting the 01v together with the delta 1010 any ideas?

am also considering getting a digi 002 and using firewire with the 01V and the extra card (my8 at) for the o1V So has anyone got any advice PLEASE?

It't not difficult.. the mPowered protools just connects protools to your mAudio.

Are you using your yamaha for inputs? IN which case just connect different 'outs'
(whether they be subgroups or masters) to the in of the mAaudio.

Otherwise if you are using the Yamaha for mixing, send the 8 channels of the 1010 into the yamaha board, and send the 2 outs back into the ins of protools.

Just set up the busses accordingly with the mPowered.

Good GOD my IQ dropped reading your post. Use some punctuation!

Anyway, with the 1010 you don't need firewire, the breakout box does everything you want!
