 Need help in heart sound measurement

hi guys i need help urgently in my project. Anyone knows how to measure heart sound and what are the parameters involved ? i have been using DSSF3 software and an electric stethoscope and still could not get the right measurement and accurate parameters. Any recommendations ? Thanks for the attentions.
