Tempo vs. pulsating sounds on Roland JV1010

Hey everyone I need some help
I have a Roland JV1010 which is a midi device with a bunch of sounds i have to use. One of them is called a raggatronic which pulses at 120 bpm. If you can guess what i'm about to ask next then you can prolly help me. The song i have has a tempo of 108 bpm. My question is how can i slow the sound down so that it is in synch with the tempo i want?

Either open the 1010 manual and look for "Changing Tempo"

or do not use the Rolands tempo at all.
