New to theboard & need help!

I am new here & new to midi/wav files, so please be gentle. icon_wink.gif I have a midi file that I want to make shorter - actually, I want it to start later in the song. Is there a possible way (and easy) for me to do this?

Are you using a MIDI sequencer?
You should be able to select the midi events and cut/paste/drag..etc.
