What is the break out box you have?

I think you'd get quicker results in the cakewalk forums:

If the mixer sends midi signal to interpret the fader movements you should be able to hook up the midi out to the delta's midi cable. You'll have to set up the control surface in sonar with it's generic contol surface interface sequence but they might have templates at the cakewlak forum (but I doubt they'd have something for that model of mixer... might be wrong) if not I'm sure you could somebody there that could help you through the generic setup. That's all if your mixer sends midi code for the fader movements ect. not familier with that model.
