HELP
Im looking to get into recording and i have narrowed it down to two options either a behringer eurodesk mixer w/ maudio mobilepre and an imac, or the alesis 8usb with the usb interface already in it with the mac. Which would give me better sound quality/value?please help

I'm not very familiar with these products but unless I am mistaken don't they just provide a stereo out feed only?
I could be wrong, please inform if so.
If you are getting in to recording I'd think you would want multiple ins/outs simultaneously?

Im looking for a basic audio feed into my computer and im really confused on how to do that, but is there a good way to do that so I can get near professional results
