R&B Delays
Ever hear the one about delaying some of the tracks in R&B to get that "swing" ?

Yeah works a treat actually, try delaying all the drums and rhythm section by 20 mili seconds or so....
Creates a whole different vibe, you can experiment with different delays, and you'll get some life into the track.
Or keep the drums on te beat but delay the vocal parts...
Give it a go.
