Hello everyone. I am starting a very humble home studio and I would love some advice. These are the items I have. A studio projects c1 microphone, echo gina 3g sound card, nuendo 1.6 for vocals, fruity loops studio 5 for beats(couldnt see myself using anything else since it fits my style perfectly, very underrrated software) lots of virtual instruments(sample tank 2, sonik synth 2 etc, 2 behringer 2031A monitors and that is pretty much it. Can anyone give me their thoughts on the equipment I have and also any pointers on anything I should change or upgrade? I am a reggaeton / r&b recording artist and I have a thin voice. I sing lots of vocals. As far as a budget is concerned I can shell out the money if needed but prefer to keep things simple and just have the necesary stuff. Thank you all for your time!!

Get your acoustics working in your room, you mention lots of gear but your records will sound terrible if you have bad room acoustics.
