 Melodyne and Adobe Audition 3

I have been using the Melodyne VST plug-in for Adobe Audtion 3. Now after vocals have been recorded...i used melodyne for its pitch correction, after I click ok, and the effect had been applied, the waveform disappears and it's just a track of silence.

Any help please.
