 Purchasing a Midi interface

Hi guys,
I have a midi keyboard I'd like to connect to my pc to use it in combination with reason 4.0. My pc doesn't have a soundcard besides the standard motherboard realtech-thing. Having considered the possibilities, it left me with 2 options, the Presonus Audiobox and the Tascan us-122. Can anybody tell me the differences between these 2 and if they aren't well suited, what interface would be. I find it really important that the latency is minimized.
