 RME Multiface ADAT /SPIDIF connections

I have a Multiface RME unit of which I am using all of my analogue sockets. I want to hook up an Avolon Mic Pre amp using the remaining input availiable which are ADAT and Spdif. Are there any special lead combinations out there that will, for example, change my ADAT interface to cannons or Jack ins and outs, the same for the spdif. This way I can utalise all of my sound cards ins and outs. If I am able to do this what setting should my clock sync be on if I record at the normal 44.1k.
