hello everybody!!! i am new in this forum and its nice to be here, hope i can learn more and maybe you can learn something from me!

anyway...i am studying audio engineering and video as well and i am going to need to record natural sounds, that meaning water, river, nature etc for a school project that i am helping the art department at my school with....if anyone can help me out if they done this before with some tips that could be helpful, i was looking to buy an Zoom H2 or something portable to record it with but not sure...if you can help thanks a lot!!! hope to be here around more often!
