hellooooo....i am looking for some professional sound advice about what is the best set-up for live performance for amplifyiing tap dancers.

i also would like a little direction in the area of recording tap dancers as well.

I am a professional tap dancer and will be purchasing some gear that i have needed for quite some time..
i have had the best experiences with PZMs but do not know what the best quality is and the ins and outs of owning them.

i am also interested in purchasing my own speakers (for when a venue does not have a sound system in place) and midi system for these mics so that i can have effects on them for the taps.

any suggestions on how to accomplish this best would be greatly appreciated.
