Classes I should take?

Hi, I am new to the forum. I am currently still in high school, but would like to pursue studio audio engineering at some point in my life. I play several instruments, have recorded and mixed myself, and I've been in a live audio engineering environment numerous times. I'm very creative, math-oriented, and I learn quickly. I plan on earning an Engineering (electrical) and Business (management) degree at a university, but here's what I want to know: What classes/books/advice would be most useful to me at this point? I am trying to get as much work experience as I can. Is my major useful to what I want to pursue? Are there any graduate programs in the southern US that I might look into? Should I consider an internship? Thank you all!
