Mastering software question

i have wavelab 6.0 and sound forge 7 and have plently plug ins (cakewalk and sony) but my big question is what is the best (pC) software for mixing down and mastering music....best let me know. you can e-mail me @ jwood2906@hotmail.com

I would say that Pro Tools is best for mixing, Sequoia is preferred for mastering.

I do know of a few MEs that use Wavelab for mastering, and I've used Sound Forge/CD Architect long ago with good results.

Yep, Samp/Seqouia are wonderful. WaveLab is a VERY capable system.
