mixing/mastering exchange?

Hello all:
new here
I've been doing my own mastering, which I know can be a bad thing, I use Ozone3 which works pretty good. I'm not really into sending my stuff off somewhere to be mastered, the expense for one thing, but I know how important a "new set of ears" can be. They also help me with mix. Often I have the guys I'm recording come listen and they will point out somethin like the hi hats to loud and I'll go "of course", but I've listened to it so much I don't hear it.
anyway...is there a place where we can exchange masters and mixes with each other? Maybe its already going on.
Seems it could be very useful.
thanx
