What mixer to buy?

I was wondering what would be the ideal mixing console to buy for my situation. Here is a rough floor plan of my studio to be.

I'd like to be able to have a mixer with at least 6 aux sends just to be able to create individual headphone mixes for each one of those sound booths, enabling a band to play live and then with an extra one, just in case. I'd also like to be able to have some Aux sends left over for effects units. Unfortunately I can't really find a mixer with more than 6 sends. Would I be better off using just 2 mixing consoles, 1 for mixing and 1 for foldback?
