Converting .wrk Files

I created a bunch of song in Cakewalk (Version 6.0) years ago. I now work on a Mac and don't have my old Cakewalk software (or a PC to load it on).

Is there any way to convert the .wrk files to .midi files so that I can use them on my Mac (probably using ProTools)?

Thanks!

Best bet is to have someone with Cakewalk do it for you. If you'd like, I could give it a try. You could post the files online somewhere and send me a link, or if they're small enough, maybe just attach them to an email.
