0k well ii just purchased a h0me studiio package and it came with a hook up to my mic and on the other end of the hook up its round with three rods and that goes no where on my computer!so can any one help me out by tellin me how do i get my mic hooked up to my computer some how?

The microphone has what is called "XLR" connection. You need to either purchase a board or effect that has that type of input, or get an XLR to 1/4" (or 1/8", depending on the input of your computer) adapter.
