 Hoping you can help

Im currently trying to record with Cubase LE and when i go to do multitrack recording,i can do one track fine but when i go to do audio playback only on that track and record a second the audio being played back records onto the new track aswell.How can i stop this from happening?

That is a setting in your sound card. You set up what is recorded Change it from "everything" (Sometimes known as "What you hear") to line in.

Depends on your sound card / interface.
