Set a budget, and start looking. Each person's ears and style are different. This comment is not directed at you, but I wish people would take some initiative when looking for gear. You really learn nothing by saying "What should I get"
You learn by finding out what distortion, frequency response, dynamic range etc mean, then checking into the best specs for the budget you set aside.
That being said, here is a starting point for you....
For Monitors that are budget that still sound good, check out Hosa, or Yamaha.
Mixer, yamaha is the best bang for the buck on the budget boards.
Microphones, you just need to figure out that for yourself. AKG, MAudio, and Rode would be a good place to start.
