Anyone out there using Emes nearfields?

I bought a set of Pink TV's.
They're gorgeous sounding, but I'm having lots of difficulties trying to have one of the speakers replaced, as there's a construction fault in it.
It's my second set now. The first set was even worse.
The dealer, distributeur and factory refuse to respond and replace them.

Has anyone had the same problems and has anyone ever contacted the factory in Germany?
