I dont know if theres is such equipment that you can plug a guitar and a microphone into then have that plug into your computer. if there are whats are some decent priced ones and which ones are they? and what is this object called?

Hi Chadalpaugh. i am not a guitar player, but i know that a LINE 6 POD is reasonable priced, is a module where you can connect it to your PC and hear realistic sounds directly. is not bad at all...

That's not quite what Chad was asking.

There are several interfaces that allow you to plug in multiple sound sources into your computer. The most reasonabally priced quality ones are mAudio products.

Look for the Delta 44, that allows 2 standard inputs, 2 spdif inputs, and same with the outs.

If 2 is not enough, they also make the 66 and the 1010.

There are better ones of course, but mAudio is decent.
