speaker positioning

hi there. i have been searching all over the internet for good speaker positioning in jam rooms. i was wondering if anyone could help me.

my room is 25x35 feet. i have 2 sets of drums, two guitar amps, a 2 peaker PA and a bass amp.

When people play in it they have trouble hearing each other. what would the best speaker positioning Be for this room?

Thanks alot.

Don't play so damn loud. In that small of a room, I would guess that each person is trying to outplay the other, so that is the reason they are having trouble hearing each other.

If that is not feasable, set two monitors facing the players, and perhaps a drum monitor for the drummer.
