Recording the Beatles book (studio equipment and production)

Hey all. I was just wondering if anyone else is anticipating this book (coming out next month):

http://www.recordingthebeatles.com

It's all about the recording of the Beatles' albums - all their studio gear and production techniques...

Not personally I have a great book some years old now which is a compilation of all the studio log sheets and data sheets from Abbey Road, yes all of them, each recording day detailed out.

This book sounds interesting, but I don't have $100 to spend on a book. I wish I did.

Ironically, I'm in the process of reading Geoff Emerick's book, "Here, There, and Everywhere: My Life Recording The Beatles" and he goes WAY in-depth on a lot of the techniques he used when he worked with The Beatles. I highly recommend it!

Still, I wouldn't mind having this one if I could afford it. Emerick's book doesn't have any pictures.
