Saving song and audio on Logic 5.5

Hello this is probably a really simple question but I need to know how to save my Song arrangement and the associated audio files on to c.d (as data ). I have saved the song arrangement successfully and I thought it might save the associated audio with it but it seems this is not the case. Any suggestions?

Logic 5.5.1 on PC

Hi,

I use Logic 5.5.1 on PC and I organise the song and audio into folders. You can then save the arrangement and source / final audio files by just copying the folder to CD.

If you use samples this is not so straight forward however. It can get unweildy to have copies of every sample you use in the local folders however I don't use a sampler much so I canget away with makingcopies of samples.

If you use a song path then when you move the sone to another PC or MAC you can just update the song path and everything else should fall into line.

There is a very good Logic User Group on Yahoo and they have lots of freebies including tools for creating sound project folder structures and they can also probably advise on other options for moving songs to CDs.

logic group

Thanks for replying and the info - so basically if i make a folder and save all the audio in that folder then save that on to the c.d with the arrangement file it should all work? I am a member of one logic group on yahoo but not sure if its the same one - can't seem to post questions on it?
Cheers!
