TC Powercore vs UAD-1

Hi...

Which is worth for every $$$? Both are nearly $1000 or more. But i dont know which is better...can somebody help? Is anybody has use is? Thank you folks...

UAD-1

I've looked at both of those too. Haven't used either, though. I'd probably pick the UAD-1 though. It's a little less expensive, and since Universal Audio was the original maker of the 1176 and LA-2A, I'd trust them more with the software emulations.

Advantage of the Powercore: Firewire.

Otherwise, I think the basic processing freatures are about the same from what I've read.
