Walters has come to this forum because he has disgraced himself at Harmony Central and many other pro audio forums. Many very patient people have tried to help Walters with his strange terminology and thought patterns. It has become evident that A/ he knows more than he pretends, and B/ that he has no interest in really learning from his mistakes (which he is repeating here). Walters says that he works filing tapes for a mastering house, and that he has had two nervous breakdowns. If abused, he becomes abusive. If treated sympathetically, he will wind you up as long as he can, and then ignore any good advice. His interest appears to be in playing mind games, not in learning the basics of sound engineering. I say this to avoid the same unpleasantness that has occurred elsewhere. Be careful.

So either you have a personality problem and are unable to communicate effectively...or theres this BIG conspiracy to keep you from becoming a recording engineer.
