i dont think audition will let you use 2 dif sample rates in one session

what else is running one the computer? how much RAM does it have? sometimes if your computer cant keep up audition will ski ...

i usually just mic up my amp.. turn it up loud, roll off some bass and hit record.... sometimes i even play something while im recording..

when i record drums i usually use

snare- sm57
kick- beta 91
hats- sm57 or sennheiser E606.. supposed to be for guitar amps but does te job!
